The Hout Bay Posticino was opened in 2013, situated just before the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive and follows the same winning formula as the original restaurant.

Chapmans Peak Hotel

Famous for: its spectacular views at the start of Chapman’s Peak Drive.

Established over 25 years ago, Chapmans Peak Hotel has become known as the grand old lady of outdoor seafood restaurants with a reputation for its famous calamari and seafood dishes. Its sunny terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the day’s lingering sunsets, with spectacular views of the beach, Atlantic Ocean and the harbour in the background. For wintery day, indoor fireplaces allow guests to enjoy their just-as-spectacular menu or as a meeting place to drop in for a social drink. With a laid-back atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff, Spiros offers a warm, family style restaurant atmosphere with one of the best kid’s play areas in the valley, second only to its food offering. For those wanting a little more peace and quiet, there are separate dining areas for those without young one’s in tow. With a traditional Greek menu offering something for everyone, there are also shared platter options for meze or family style eating.
